Job Description
The company has developed products for the following segments.

The broad job content is as follows.
Create a conducive environment during implementation by interacting with the customer and the customization team to:
Study the process followed by the Engineering and related departments. Study the documentation followed by within Engineering and other related department.
Participate/ create Scope/ 'To Be' document which maps the customer working methodology with the Wrench's working.
Participate in preparation of customization document along with Project team,
Implement the software according to the customization document by interacting with the Project Team.
Complete the implementation within the time schedule and budgetEnsure highest quality of the software onsite
Solve the problems at the implementation site.
Report issues related to the product during implementation to the project manager
Report new requirements to Project manager not addressed by the product.
Get successful implementation certificate from customer.
Get Acceptance and test plan signed by customer along with Project Manager.
Provide training to Key users of the software.
Provide support after implementation to customers if required.
Work with business development Managers in
Studying the business process of a customer for pilot implementation. Implement the mapped business process and demonstrate to customer with their data.
Help creating the implementation document.
Help define the scope of customisation after preliminary study

Desired Profile
Should be a Graduate in Mechanical/Production Engineering.
Should have experience in Manufacturing industry preferably in the design/engineering department or as a sales and support Engineer working with a CAD ERP software company.
Should have good written and oral communication skills.
Should have knowledge of Quality systems like ISO 9000.
Should have knowledge of CAD packages.
Should have understanding of ERP packages.
Should be willing to travel and have passion to learn.
