Skill & Job Requirements: Wipro Technologies is looking for candidates with the below mentioned skills and experience: 1. 6+ years of experience in production and development DBA experience with Fortune 100 clients. 2. Prior working experience with application developers. 3. Knowledgeable in application development. 4. Willing to play a role of developing educational courses in SQL Server DBA during his first 6 months at Wipro to convert fresh college graduate recruits into DBAs and DBAs with 2 years experience for lead roles. 5. Advanced knowledge on Database / Query engine. 6. Expert understanding of SQL Profiler - Advanced: Scheduling of SQL Profiler, detailed knowledge of all major counters, custom setting of SQL Profiler counters, and deep skill on understanding and analysis of SQL Profiler output data. 7. Expert knowledge on any other 3rd party tools like Log Analyzer,DBArtisan,SQL Litespeed etc 8. Good understanding of Memory Architecture and Management in SQL Server

1. Playing the role of a senior authority in SQL Server DBA service area across Wipro in converting fresh college graduate recruits to Microsoft certified DBA professionals.
2. Developing courses with situational hands-on exercises and recording lectures into videos.
3. Elucidate RDBMS concepts and real world database maintenance scenarios and corresponding technical commands and procedures.
4. Coupling the Lectures with plenty of hands-on lab sessions with exercises that make learning easy and enjoyable.
5. Developing such courses for 6 months and then can choosing a high profile customer projects.
