Job Description
-Responsible for maintaining service uptime by interaction with cross-functions in the zone
-Responsible for fault resolution within committed SLA
-Achieve MACD implementation within committed SLA
-Escalation of recurring performance issues to SAC
-Responsible for generating periodic MIS on Uptime & SLA, Plan Event and MACD
-Ensure adherence to ISO quality system.
