Job Description :
- Provide technical services for Avaya products like Contact Center applications, unified messaging, IP convergence technology etc.
- The job involves problem resolution utilizing remote diagnostic capabilities to support customer installation & configurations, proactive management of customers systems and infrastructure.
- You will be interacting with customers, product development & management teams to provide end-to-end solutions.

Desired Profile :
- At least 65% marks consistently in all years
- No backlog papers in any of the years
- B.E./ B.Tech/ M.Tech in Computer Science/ I.T./ Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Electrical.
