Job Profile AdWords Representative - Gurgaon

Position based in Gurgaon, India.

AdWords, Google's innovative advertising program, is looking for careerenclave candidates to assist in the management of our online advertising accounts. You will join a team of proactive, passionate, and dedicated individuals. The ideal careerenclave candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. You will be expected to master Google AdWords' policies and then assist us in delivering targeted and effective on-line advertising.

Responsibilities:

Thoroughly check ad content, quality and accuracy.
Approve or disapprove new and changed ad submissions based on policy guidelines.
Optimize advertisers' keyword lists and ads to maximize advertisers' ROI.
Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited University or Bachelor's with a first class degree.
Strong American English editing and writing skills.
Excellent analytical skills.
Detail oriented.
Ability to complete large volume of work quickly and independently.
Strong computer applications skills.
Familiar with Internet search industry.
Highly flexible.
Willingness to work with sensitive issues, including but not limited to:
Adult content,
Religious and philosophically sensitive issues,
Alcohol, tobacco, weapons and other potentially offensive products.

A plus:

English, marketing or journalism degree.
Customer service experience.
Advertising operations experience.
