Associate QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Understand product features and execute real-world test cases, automated test harnesses and use cases.
2. Execute functional, regression, Sanity, upgrade, deployment and configuration for SupportSoft products.
3. Use existing test tools as necessary.
4. Configure the necessary test environment including OS installation.
5. Communicate testing status and issues on a regular basis adhering to existing process of QA
Qualifications:
1. B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.E from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 0 to 1 years experience in the software industry in testing.
2. Preferred Experience with testing enterprise/web applications using black box testing techniques and practices.
3. Excellent written, verbal, presentation and listening skills.
4. Programming ability in one or more of Scripting, C#, ASP/JSP, VBScript, JavaScript, XML will be a plus.
